I wanted to take a moment to express my excitement and optimism as I begin my new role as the DEB Secretary First and foremost, I want to assure all of you that my main goal is to foster an environment that encourages growth for each and every one of you. I firmly believe that every individual has unique talents and abilities that, when nurtured, can lead to personal and professional success.

I am thrilled to be joining a team of dedicated educators who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. Together, we have the power to shape the future and equip our students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset they need to thrive.

As DEB Secretary, I am committed to creating opportunities for professional development and growth for all staff members. I believe that by investing in our own growth, we can better serve our students and inspire them to achieve greatness.

I am also committed to promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture within our department. Each of us brings unique perspectives and experiences to the table, and I believe that by working together, we can create an even more enriching educational experience for our students.
